Your appointment is very important to me, And my time is especially reserved for you. I understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment, as a result I ask respectfully to give a me a 24 hr notice of cancellation. Please understand that when you cancel outside of the 24 hr window, I miss an opportunity to reschedule and fill in your spot.
Less than 24 hr notice will result in 50% of service charge.
